On 19 August, Set1 experienced two periods of elevated API errors between 19:58 and 20:45 BST, totalling 34 minutes.
During this time, some customers may have experienced intermittent access errors and interruptions to analytics data collection.
The incident was caused by an unexpected volume of repeated requests, which placed excessive pressure on part of our infrastructure. Service recovered fully by 20:45 BST.
