During this time, some customers may have experienced intermittent access errors and interruptions to analytics data collection. The incident was caused by an unexpected volume of repeated requests, which placed excessive pressure on part of our infrastructure. Service recovered fully by 20:45 BST. We have since deployed a fix to prevent the repeated requests and introduced additional monitoring and alerting across our production infrastructure. No action is required from customers. We apologise for the disruption.
